How the Program Works
TNT is a hybrid format that combines in-person momentum with the flexibility of self-paced learning and the accountability of live coaching.
Kickoff — “Dinner & a Day”
An in-person launch that sets the tone: a Tuesday evening dinner followed by a full-day Wednesday kickoff with your cohort.
Online Learning Modules
Asynchronous, self-paced modules — including AMP, DISC, PVA, and CMSS — you complete on your own schedule between sessions.
Delta Group Meetings
Three virtual, Bartell-led sessions of about 60 minutes spread throughout the program for clarity, coaching, and accountability.
Capstone — “Dinner & a Day”
An in-person finale where you present your Team Navigation Plan — a Tuesday dinner followed by a full-day Wednesday capstone.
