Cancel/reschedule 6 weeks or more prior to your scheduled session	Professional courtesy... No charge.
Cancel/reschedule 42–35 days prior to your session	You will be billed 25% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 34–28 days prior to your session	You will be billed 50% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 27–21 days prior to your session	You will be billed 75% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 20 days or fewer prior to your session	You will be billed 100% of your tuition.
