LFS Cancellation Policy

Because class seats are limited, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be submitted as far in advance as possible. A fee may apply to any change, according to the schedule below.

Tuition will be invoiced to the individual or department listed above three weeks prior to the session start date.

Time Frames	Associated Fees
Cancel/reschedule 6 weeks or more prior to your scheduled session	Professional courtesy... No charge.
Cancel/reschedule 42–35 days prior to your session	You will be billed 25% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 34–28 days prior to your session	You will be billed 50% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 27–22 days prior to your session	You will be billed 75% of your tuition.
Cancel/reschedule 21 days or fewer prior to your session	You will be billed 100% of your tuition.
