Office Coordinator

Professional office seeking a coordinator responsible for seamlessly handling client calls, scheduling, travel and filing.  Successful candidates will be able to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients from all types of industries, and efficiently operate in a busy office environment.  This person is often the first point of contact to represent our firm. It is essential that the candidate will be able to professionally interact with executives and client staff, and be skillful in maintaining customer satisfaction while balancing competing customer demands.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Outlook is required.
  • Experience in travel arrangements and scheduling.
